Shree Arun Packaging Co. P. Ltd is a family-owned company that was founded in the year 1970 by Mr. Narayan Prasad Bhotica, the patriarch who saw a future in the printing and packaging industry.

The second and third generation have added their brand of hard work and passion to make SAPCO a name synonymous with excellence and quality within the industry.

Reliability, consistency, flexibility and innovation with utmost responsibility while respecting confidentiality are some of the core values we believe in.

Our Team is built of several individuals who are team players and are ingrained with the ideologies.

What we do

We are into the Sheetfed Offset Printing & Packaging industry of converting Paper/Board, Metpet and Plastics. A steady growth aided by specialization in various processes enabled us to expand. We have a complete in-house setup of the latest multicolor printing, post printing, finishing, converting and inspection machines.

We serve various industries in India and export to various countries all over the world. We also undertake various food packaging projects using food-grade input materials.

We ensure that we adhere to international norms of packaging and hygiene. Keeping pace with time, we are in compliance with international standards of BRC-IOP and PS 9000 which are specifically applicable to the Printing industry along with ISO 9000:2015.

Our Story

 

New Factory spread over 1 level of 60000 sq. ft. area, near Kalyan, having the latest German and Swiss Machines such as Heidelberg, Bobst and more.
Installation of New Expertfold with Accu Braille, for online embossing in Braille Cartons.

Installation of Sample Maker, Carton Inspection machine, Corrugation Dept., as well as Upgrading Printing machine. Spread over 40000 sq. ft. area.

2nd Major expansion by moving to a 30000 sq ft area, installation of CTP, Offline Varnishing machine, Automatic Foiling Machine, and UV interdeck facilities on Printing machines.

1st Major expansion - moved to Navi Mumbai into 10000 sq.ft. area, with a vision of a comprehensive Printing and Packaging unit. Growth of clientele, as well as addition of printing machines, automatic die cutters as well as folder gluers.

Birth of Shree Arun Packaging. Was witness to Letterpress machines, Punching Machines, Single Colour printing machines.
